It's not that difficult. if he does well, give him the job, poch seems pretty loyal and would stay anyways at spurs.

Why is it making things tough. Just keep him until he fails. Isn't that how clubs operate?

At this point, I'd say it's a toss-up. Spurs have failed so consistently in big matches that I'm beginning to see it as at least some reflection of Pochettino. Solskjaer has played in big games, won in big games, and seems completely unfazed by the pressure of the job, even as a manager.

At the end of the season, we'll know the decision, but it's a tense debate until then

Replacing a manager who delivers an immediate, positive reversal in form on taking the job (the 'caretaker' label notwithstanding) and then goes on to maintain that form will be the stupidest decision the club will have ever made.

I’m confident the club will give him the job. It’s not just ole alone. Members of his team have all the experience and know the ManU culture and playing psychology. The club would be out of their minds to hire Pochettino or anybody who knows nothing about the club less to say they have no part in its history. The important thing is there are still quite a few homegrown players. Homegrown players know well how they were brought up and don’t sulk. That has a huge influence in a club.
Don't worry

They will keep sir Ole at least until end of season

Then they will choose poch instead for the new coach for next season

And then the management will regret with they had done...

All three of them pronounced his name differently lol. You'd think before filming, someone would have said hey let's figure out and agree on the proper pronunciation of Solskjaer.

Wtf is this guy talking about? All the things he mentioned—none of them would be automatically handled/satisfied by Poch. Not one. How can Poch be considered better than OGS at this point?
They are all so confident about Pocchettino going to Manchester, but everyone forgets that there is this one guy named David Levy. And I am not sure that he would give up his coach so easily. Besides, Pocchettino said numerous times that he is loyal to the club. So what gives?
